Lake Travis is up to 37% full after recent rains. Note sometimes Islands in the foreground and Windy Point going across the lake.

Here is the route I took from Galveston to Austin via Freeport, avoiding Houston traffic

and most of I-10.

I met some friends in Galveston for the Lone Star Rally.

Here is the route I took on my motorcycle from Austin, TX to Mt. Zion, IL. On the way

up, I had to detour around a forest fire near Henderson, TX. I rode 2070 miles on this

trip.
